Fee Estimate
We can provide a general idea of your fee, but an accurate quote requires reviewing all your information.
Once we’ve decided to work together, you can expect the following process:
1. Sign an Engagement Letter
Formalize our services by signing the engagement letter.
2. Complete a Questionnaire or Interview
- Fill out a questionnaire, or
- Schedule a tax interview via phone, video, or in person.
3. Submit Deposit (if applicable)
Based on the scope of the work, a deposit may be required.
4. Provide Tax Documents
- Upload current year tax documents and prior year returns (if you’re a new client) through our secure portal.
- Alternatively, drop off copies or bring them to your in-person appointment.
5. Pay Invoice and Review Tax Return
- Settle the invoice for our services.
- Carefully review your prepared tax return and provide approval.
6. Electronic Filing
Once approved, we will electronically file your tax returns.
