We can give you a general idea of what your fee will likely be. However, since every person's situation is unique, it is not possible for us to know until we have seen and interpreted all of your information.
The security of your data is very important to us. All communication and document exchange are done through our encrypted secure portal.
1. You will sign an engagement letter, submit a deposit, fill out a tax questionnaire, upload current year tax documents, and prior year tax return (if a new client) through our secure online portal.
2. We will review what you sent over and send you a list of missing items. We may do a video chat or call at this point to review questions.
3. We will prepare your return and send a draft for your review and an invoice for the remaining balance.
4. We can do a video chat or call to review your returns. Once all your questions have been answered, you will electronically sign your returns.
5. We will electronically file your returns.
